We’re a medical monitoring company focused on patients with diabetes to take control of their health. Our goal is to guide patients towards better, healthier lives by helping them make smart choices. We’re looking for a caring and friendly Health Coach to join our team and support people in reaching their health goals.

About the Job: 

As a Health Coach, you’ll work from our office but talk to patients over the phone. You’ll help them create healthy routines for things like eating better, exercising, and managing health conditions like diabetes. If you have experience with nutrition or exercise science, and you love helping people live better, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Talk to patients on the phone to understand their health goals and challenges.

  • Help them make a plan for eating right, exercising, and building healthy habits.

  • Give tips and advice on how to stay on track with their health plan.

  • Check in regularly to see how they’re doing and provide encouragement.

  • Work with doctors, nurses, and other health experts to give patients the best care.

  • Keep track of patient progress and record notes after each session.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Health and Wellness or a related field.

  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or willingness to become certified.
  • Experience with diabetes management is a plus.

  • You love helping people feel their best and are passionate about health and fitness.

  • Good at explaining things in a simple way and motivating others.

  • Comfortable using technology to connect with patients and keep records.

  • You’re organized and can manage your time well.
